  • We will go over a list of the tasks that you are needing help with each month. Based on that, I will provide you with a proposal.

    I will add you to shared board where you can drop in projects that you need, deadlines, and details. I will update each project as they are being worked on. Turnaround time is 72 hours.

    This is a collaboration, not an on demand service. Most items will be delivered within 3 business days, unless otherwise discussed.

  • Retainer support is designed around your business and what you actually need.

    Your monthly support can look different from one month to the next. One month might be a newsletter, website updates, and a new client guide. The next might be event materials, a campaign, and finally getting that SOP out of your head.

    Unused time does not roll over.

    And no, you don't have to show up with a perfectly organized list of tasks.

    That's kind of the point.
